Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. 1 Corinthians 13:4-7 "Love recognizes no barriers. It jumps hurdles, leaps fences, penetrates walls to arrive at its destination full of hope." - Maya Angelou In 1 Corinthians 13:4-7, we are reminded of the characteristics of love, and foremost among them is patience. Love's patience is not merely the absence of frustration but an active choice to endure and persevere. Today, make a conscious effort to practice patience in your interactions with others. Pause before reacting impulsively, and choose empathy and understanding. Extend grace and forgiveness, recognizing that love is patient and compassionate.
