However, constantly saying "yes" to everything and everyone can have negative consequences for our personal and professional lives. That's why setting healthy boundaries and learning to say "no" is essential for our growth and well-being. According to Titus 2:11-12, "The grace of God has appeared that offers salvation to all people.
